Grounds Maintenance

 Tim Petitt of Affordable Lawn Care will be providing the grounds maintenance for Silver Creek Association.  Services include mowing, trimming, weed spraying, trash removal, maintenance of ponds, fountain, lights and more. 

Tim is also offering year-round services to Silver Creek residents.   For the winter, Tim offers snow removal of driveways and sidewalks. Landscaping, tree trimming and general contracting servces are also available.

Reminders to Silver Creek Residents

Structural Changes

Structural changes to property must be presented to the Silver Creek Association Board prior to construction.  Please look under the Resource Page for more information.

Association Books

The association has a pocket-sized book outlining all covenants and restrictions.  If you have not received one of these books, please contact the Board.  They are available for $5.00 each.
