ISSUES AND ACTIONS BY THE SCA BOARD

 

Monthly Board Meetings/ “Call Meetings” as needed

 

Updated master list of all 128 property owners

 

Billed and collected 2009 SCA residential and commercial dues (one exception)

 

Publication of two community newsletters

 

Updated the www.silvercreekassociation.com website

 

Addressed the following violations:

Fishing in the lakes – signs are posted

Continual on-street parking

Unleashed dogs

Unkempt property

Recreational Vehicles parked in driveways

 

Addressed architectural guidelines regarding fencing and in ground pool

 

Contacted the Mt. Sterling Police and requested assistance in observing the speed limit within Silver Creek

 

Maintenance of the lakes and fountain/ turned off the fountain lights

 

Maintained contact with the city to replace bulbs in streetlights

 

Tree trimming issues

 

Affordable Lawn Care will begin the second year of their contract in the maintenance/mowing of the common areas
