Exterior Modifications
The Board of Directors shall have the authority and standing, on behalf of the Association, to enforce in courts of jurisdiction decisions established in Sections 1 and 2 of Article XI.
**Must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the proposed start of the modification.

- staking, clearing, excavation, grading, and other site work,
- erection, modification, or alteration of ANY structure (includes your home, fence or wall) and
- no plantings or removal of plants, trees and shrubs shall take place except in strict compliance with this Article, until the requirements thereof have been fully met, and until APPROVAL has been obtained.
ALL changes must be submitted in writing or by email to AMS address or email located in the “Contact Us” tab. Detailed plans and specifications are required and must meet the Design Guidelines as stated on the website. The “Community Documents and Forms” tab has many of the documents that will help guide your modifications.
Please complete and return the Exterior Modification Form for board review and approval. AMS will collect the information and send it to the board once the information is complete.
