How to appeal a violation
If you believe you have received a violation in error, please use the following guidelines to request a review. The board will review the request after all information has been gathered.
Please send the following information in writing to the attention of Kenny Speaks at AMS address in the “Contact Us” Tab
- A copy of the violation letter
- A written request to the board to consider a review. In that letter, cite the specific rules and/or regulations you feel were not followed when you received the violation. Make a copy of the rules page you think was violated and highlight that section that pertains to the violation letter.
- Supply any extenuating circumstances that led to the violation.
- Please document any fines you have already paid
- Finish with a statement of what you hope the outcome will be.
