How to appeal a violation

If you believe you have received a violation in error, please use the following guidelines to request a review.  The board will review the request after all information has been gathered.

 

Please send the following information in writing to the board at d.seelig@moreheadstate.edu

• A copy of the violation letter
• A written request to the board to consider a review.  In that letter, cite the specific rules and/or regulations you feel were not followed when you received the violation. Make a copy of the rules page you think was violated and highlight that section that pertains to the violation letter.
• Supply any extenuating circumstances that led to the violation.
• Please document any fines you have already paid
• Finish with a statement of what you hope the outcome will be.
