New Neighbor Welcome Info

We want to make our new neighbors feel welcome and have all the information to begin living in our Silver Creek Community.  We will have a welcome packet that will include:

• A welcome letter from the board
• New Owner Information Form
• Rules and Regulations
• Exterior Modifications Form
• Webpage Information 
• Social Media Information

Please let Dayna Seelig know when new residents move into our neighborhood. She will take a small treat along with the documents in a welcome bag.  Please send her any information you know about the neighbor, phone number, and the address where she needs to deliver the welcome bag.  She can be contacted at d.seelig@moreheadstate.edu
