Please ensure all assessments have been paid prior to closing. Unpaid Assessments not collected at Closing will be the Buyer’s responsibility.

Closing Statement must be provided to the Silver Creek Association at PO Box 314, Mt Sterling, Ky 40353. Notify intent to close to d.seelig@moreheadstate.edu
